It's significant growth over the last ten years has led to an influx of outsourcing companies not only in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia ... but countries like the Philippines and India as well. The Philippines and India are examples of countries who offer significant cost savings to countries like the US who have a much higher currency value. Traditional VA's today find it more difficult than ever to compete with companies offering cheap offshore outsourcing alternatives. To compete in today's industry, you must accept the challenge of differentiating yourself from the numerous alternatives available--and prove that you are the best possible choice within your niche.
