Introducing One-On-One Coaching / Consulting

Virtual Dynamos One-On-One Coaching features custom long-term programs for individuals focusing on virtual business building and virtual team building.  These personalized programs allow for complete one-on-one interaction where I focus all my attention on you and get to know you on a deeper level.  The entire experience is customized around your wants, needs, and perspective.   Ideally, the On-On-One Coaching Program is taken over a minimum of 90-days. However, it can be structured to meet your unique needs. No two people have the same skills, amount of time,

motivation, or resources. We will work together to decide how long you need to be in the program.

We'll get started by exploring what's really important to you and the goals you really want to accomplish. Each week, will extract the first steps you need to take to accomplish those goals. By breaking it all down, you will incrementally meet your long term goals without becoming overwhelmed.

Each coaching call will consist of more goal setting, brainstorming and feedback. Usually we get anything that you have on your mind out of the way first— a great way for you to vent about a problem or share a victory. Then we will work on your goals and see what you were able to accomplish and what your next steps should be and finally we will use the rest of our time to do a little brainstorming, which will keep you motivated.

You may choose to switch gears at any time and get consulting.  Often the sessions do become a mix of coaching and consulting.  Some VA's actually opt for total consulting, but if you plan to focus almost entirely on consulting, I recommend that you consider a Virtual Dynamos certification program instead.

We'll meet via telephone at a pre-determined “time slot”.
