"The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said."

     -- Peter F. Drucker

I'm excited to have this opportunity to share how coaching can help you launch your new career and balance it with your personal life. More importantly, you will see exactly how you can systematically build a highly successful virtual assistance practice.

What is coaching?  What does a coach do?

Evolving since the early 1980s, coaching is a relationship based on a rich communication between the coach and the client. More than a consultant who has gained expertise in her field, professional coaches partner with you, and further assist you by:

  • listening, observing and acknowledging your unique concerns, needs and values

  • believing in your dreams and vision

  • improving your performance, learning and satisfaction

  • extracting and enhancing your creativity, skills and wisdom

  • identifying and tapping into your presently unused resources

  • sharing experiences and further resources with you whenever possible

  • offering you a new, straightforward perspective

  • offering you constructive advice, opinions, or suggestions

  • brainstorming and providing you with constant feedback

  • working towards long term growth by teaching you how to self-manage and attain goals

  • helping you solve problems and make informative decisions

  • helping you stay focused and motivated

  • working through your changes and obstacles

  • supporting your decisions and respecting your goals

  • encouraging you and sharing your successes

  • instilling you with confidence

  • helping you lead a fulfilling, healthy and manageable life by balancing career with home

Why does coaching work?

Your coach is your ultimate partner, believing in everything you hope for and working with you to bring out your best. Your coach is also completely focused on you and constantly evaluating your needs and situation. Whenever possible, your coach should also be helping you achieve your goals by endorsing you.  If you are ready to grow, coaching is for you!
