Excellence through Leadership and Accountability:
Integrity and
quality are our core values and win us great respect. We always live up to
our promises—as individuals and as a team—and are committed to providing
flawless products and services. To achieve this we need to understand our
client's own accountability measures and never take their respect for
granted. We do not allow shortcuts that will hurt our reputation and are
always willing to learn from our mistakes.
Loyalty and Trust through Good Advice (and No Self
Interest):
Clients choose us because
they trust in our ability to deliver. We don't ever take their loyalty for
granted. To achieve this we must always strive to exceed client
expectations by not only performing services but listening carefully and
advising them on what third party or add-on services they should consider
investing in. Additionally we build trust and loyalty by reviewing cost
effective methods and always keep our clients best interests in mind.
Consistency through Teamwork: Our team must always
be on the “same page” to instill client loyalty. We strive to anticipate
client needs and be willing to evolve with them. To achieve this we must
respect each other and communicate in an open and collaborative manner. We
highly encourage the sharing of new ideas, solutions, and resources to
surface within our team. We have the utmost respect for multiple
perspectives, and value our diverse expertise.

Empowerment through Leadership: Clients undoubtedly always
want to deal with decision makers. This allows them to save time and move
more quickly on projects. We make sure that our internal Team Leaders have
the knowledge and power they need to make informed decisions that will
offer members immediate benefits whenever possible. To achieve this we
will insist upon constant communication and use documented tools that
assist all team members.
Global Reach through Innovation:
We must continue to watch market trends, seek global opportunities, and
develop alliances for the benefit of our clients. To achieve this we must
continually create, innovate, and implement. We also anticipate the need
to take calculated risks.
Impact through Serving the Global
Community:
Clients, educators, and the general public alike must be aware of our
infectious mission to impact the world through new methods of virtual team
empowerment and education. To achieve this we publicize our efforts and
successes as pioneers.
Expanding Expertise through
Industry Knowledge:
Though we are primarily virtual team industry experts, we must invest the
time needed to learn about our clients specific industries and markets to
better assist them. To achieve this we encourage all clients to share
their business needs within our
VirtualDynamos.org community. Doing so allows us all to learn and grow
at a faster rate.
Success through Passion and Fun: No matter how much we
know, our clients need to know how much we care about them and see the
continual support within our own internal team. Our internal team members
need to feel continual support and trust. To achieve this we show our
commitment to the industry and our profession while keeping a positive and
professional attitude. We also allow humor to motivate us and celebrate
